岗位职责
Key Accountabilities:
The Role and responsibilities will include
Ø Provide helpdesk service to China Users and workshop computers, record all tickets in service desk system.
Ø Provide Helpdesk Ticket Monthly Report for analysis.
Ø Assist vendor or IT on OA equipments support, such as MFP, Printer, Projector, Audio & Video system, etc.
Ø Assist IT on AD Account Management (Creation, Modification and Deletion).
Ø Assist IT on File Server Management (Folder authorization and etc).
Ø Assist vendor or IT on network and voice cabling maintenance.
Ø Provide document support on IT Procurement, such as payment and quotation preparation.
Ø Assist IT on IT Cost Allocation and Payment (network rental, printing fee, conf call fee, etc).
Ø Assist IT on Fix Assets Management.
Ø Assist IT on Computer Room Management.
Ø Assist on IT Project Implementation (ELV, Infra , SAP and etc).
Ø Provide support on any other tasks assigned by IT
Qualifications and Requirements:
Ø Associate degree or above in computer or information science related major
任职要求
Ø Minimum 2-3 years related helpdesk support experience, preferably in a related industry
Ø Familiar with Microsoft client operating system products, Microsoft Office products, PC hardware
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Ø Good interpersonal, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Ø Mature, self-motivated, initiative, flexible and be able to work independently under pressure
Ø Analytical thinking, reliable work quality, proactive working style, good team player
Ø Result-driven and customer-oriented
