项目手册 【腾讯文档】伍柒必乐科技项目手册 https://docs.qq.com/doc/DU3pPQ1ZtZXZhTXpO 职责： 1. 设计并维护高效的数据模型，用于公司范围内的分析，与业务用户紧密合作。 2. 使用SQL和数据分析开发面向用户的数据产品，核心基础设施由数据工程团队管理。 3. 优化和改进基于Looker的商业智能层，以满足业务需求并实现扩展。 4. 独立完成任务，管理优先级，并在最少的监督下为更大的项目做出贡献。 5. 识别并解决技术债务，提高团队生产力和项目健康状况。 6. 维护和排查数据管道，确保其可靠运行。 7. 与用户合作优化查询、设计聚合，并提出性能改进建议。 8. 遵循最佳实践，如版本控制和持续集成/持续交付（CI/CD），确保代码的可维护性和可扩展性。 9. 确保高质量的工作，符合安全、可靠性和隐私标准。 Responsibilities 1.Design and maintain efficient data models for company-wide analysis, collaborating closely with business users. 2.Develop user-facing data products using SQL and analytics on core infrastructure managed by the Data Engineering team. 3.Optimize and improve Liftoff's Looker-based BI layer to scale and meet business needs. 4.Independently complete tasks, managing your priorities and contributing to larger projects with minimal supervision. 5.Identify and resolve technical debt, improving team productivity and project health. 6.Maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring reliable operation. 7.Collaborate with users to optimize queries, design aggregations, and suggest performance improvements. 8.Follow best practices like version control and CI/CD, ensuring maintainable and scalable code. 9.Ensure high-quality work that meets security, reliability, and privacy standards.

1. 5年以上SQL经验，包括编写高效、优化查询的专业知识。 2. 丰富的数据分析经验，并对查询计划和数据模型优化有扎实的理解。 3. 2年以上Looker经验，包括开发面向用户的仪表板、报告和复杂的数据模型。 4. 熟练使用Python进行数据分析、自动化以及与数据工作流的集成。 5. 有使用JupyterLab进行交互式分析、数据探索和创建可重复工作流的经验。 6. 有使用DBT、Rill和Looker进行数据建模和商业智能工具的经验。 7. 对数据库基础知识（执行计划、连接策略等）有深入了解，并能够优化查询性能。 8. 出色的沟通技巧，并有与不同团队合作以理解需求的经验。 优先考虑： 1. 有广告技术经验。 2. 了解AgroCD、Kubernete、AWS、Github。 3. 熟悉大数据技术，如Apache Spark或Databricks。 4. 有第二种编程语言的经验（尤其是Scala）。 5. 熟悉机器学习工作流。 Qualifications 1.5+ years of experience with SQL, including expertise in writing efficient, optimized queries. 2.Strong experience with Data Analytics and a solid understanding of query plans and data model optimization. 3.2+ years of experience with Looker, including developing user-facing dashboards, reports, and complex data models. 4.Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and integration with data workflows. 5.Experience with JupyterLab for interactive analysis, data exploration, and creating reproducible workflows. 6.Experience with DBT, Rill, and Looker for data modeling and BI tools. 7.Strong knowledge of database fundamentals (execution plans, join strategies, etc.), with the ability to tune queries for performance. 8.Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with different teams to understand requirements. Nice to Have 1.Experience in ad-tech. 2.Knowledge of AgroCD, Kubernetes, AWS, Github. 3.Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Apache Spark or Databricks. 4.Experience with a second programming language (especially Scala). 5.Familiarity with machine learning workflows.
