岗位职责
Responsibilities:
• Response on customers’ technical requests on SUT product portfolios in daily work
• Support sales team on customer visit to provide technical suggestions and solutions
Support sales team on hardware configuration and quotation process. Prepare technical materials and response URS files
Accordingly
• Familiar with SUT products and responsible to workout solution based on specific bioproduction workflow of target users, lead assigned products with product management perspective and work on go-to-market strategy in China region, and cooperate with global team to execute promotion and hit target in region.
• Lead the key SUT projects in assigned territory and coordinate resources crossing functions teams to drive positive results
• Cooperate with sales team to maintain existing key accounts relationship based on technical aspects
• Maintain and enhance technical knowledge on Thermo Fisher SUT product lines, company literature, and competitive products
Cooperate with marketing team to maintain product management related work including product brochure, technical note,
application flyer and other literatures
•
Contact with global team independently to solve product or technical queries and customer application/quality/documentation
demand in daily work
•
Focus on pre-sales technical support and process including pipeline management , sample test follow up, URS response,
technology discussion, etc.
•
• Assist on part of after-sale hardware project management if needed
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry,
Biotechnology)
•
At least 2-3 years of successful bioproduction or industry related experiences (Antibody, Human and vet vaccine, Cell and
gene therapy), technical support and product management experience is preferred.
•
Excellent understanding of both Biopharma upstream and downstream process development, specifically with Single Use
Technology products is preferred.
•
• Self-starter, proactive work ethics. Able to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision with manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication for both English and Chinese is preferred.

药企或实验室Sartorius(赛多利斯)、Cytiva、默克密理博、Pall(颇尔)出来的人为佳
线下面试:第2轮必须到面,第1轮可以电话
英语可口语沟通,需要和老外开会交流
