• Provide administrative support to Display China LC & DPM Sales Head, such as scheduling meetings, arranging business travel, preparing presentations, expense claim,etc.
• Organize and coordinate sales team meetings and events.
• Support visitors‘ trips to China by issuing invitation letters, booking hotels and pick-ups. Maintain communication with assistants in Germany and local.
• Maintain documents and file folders.
• Support on department internal and external administration and communication.
• Offer administrative support to the team whenever necessary.
• Support on PR process and Legal documents application process.
• Other tasks assigned by Sales Head and line manager.
任职要求
• College or above.
• 3-5 years working experience as assistant
• Good oral and written English.
• Good Microsoft office skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly responsible
