岗位职责
1.According to the company's overall strategic objectives and development plans, take lead in organizing human resource department to conduct planning and analysis, and formulate the annual human resource overall plan and annual key work(including: establish the future human resource management model, the organizational structure, talent structure design, talent pool, human performance indicators, etc.). 2.According to actual requirements: Set the annual recruitment plan, promote the construction and application of job qualification standards, draft Job description templates, explore and manage various recruitment channels,search and interview candidates, evaluate job value, establish talent pool, manage employee relationship, keep deep communication with workshop staff and solve labor issues. Set recruitment regulations and update recruitment procedure. 3.Improve the human resource budget management system organize and guide all departments to complete human resource planning and the formulation, review and implementation of annual human cost budget, do monthly payroll and analysis, collect data and participate the annual C&B survey to design local welfare benefits and bonus plan to improve the work efficiency. 4.Ensure the training target, develop training plans, make use of the internal and external hard and soft training materials to carry out activities. Arrange respective training according to different level of training targets, such as :New staff orientation,Management Training, Technology Competence Training,Annual Training. 5.Establish and improve the human resource management system, research, design and improve the company's human resource management model.
任职要求
1.Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management or related management is preferred; 2.At least 10 years of relevant human resource management experience; 3.Familiar with relevant laws and regulations, and rich experience in human resource management practice; 4.Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills,leadership and interpersonal influence; 5.Good verbal communication skills, Chinese as working language is preferred.
