What you will be doing: 工作内容： • Test Planning: plan test resources and capacity, communicate among requesting teams to align and prioritize tests 测试规划和执行：规划测试资源和测试量，与测试需求团队沟通并协调确定测试优先级 • Test Execution: understand test requirements; plan, coordinate among developers and operation team to complete testing requirements, follow up to ensure test data upload success 执行车内测试：理解，协调并完善测试需求。与执行团队沟通，保障测试顺利完成，跟进并确保测试数据成功上传 • Drive process improvement: Build issue reports, deliver feedback, run execution risks, test new tool features. Own operational processes, build and track critical metrics. 改进流程：输出周报，设计并跟踪相关KPI，把控测试运营流程。向技术团队提出反馈，测试新的工具。 • Report, track, and improve Fleet efficiency: lead the fleet efficiency across car, garage, people and execution. Drive it to the Speed of light. Own/ Raise and drive major gaps and failures through systemic improvements. 汇报，跟踪，优化车队效率：从用车，人员，以及车库设计角度优化效率，协调并带领团队进行改善。 • Critical metrics & analytics: support the metric teams to Implementing, reporting, and analyzing E2E product metrics to understand the current state of our software and advise product priorities. 数据跟踪以及分析：协助收集，汇报并分析产品性能相关数据，帮助了解软件现有性能表现并对产品功能开发的优先级提出建议 • Vehicle preparation: track progress of new vehicle build up, signoff and onboard vehicle to the fleet, support component firmware updates, inform/train test operators on new vehicle setup steps 车辆准备：跟进新车搭建进度，确认并签收新车辆加入测试车队。支持车辆维护并做固件更新，培训测试员新的操作流程 What we need to see: 要求： • Experience in operations, multiple team coordination，Exceptional communication and cross team teamwork skills 运营及多团队协作的经验，良好的沟通能力 • Execution driven，Problem solver and “Buck stops with you” leadership 执行力强，有独立解决问题的能力 • Plus: Prior experience in autonomous operations teams and/or Triage/ Fast response teams 自动驾驶车队运营相关工作经验为佳 • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience 本科以上相关专业学历 • Experience in automating workflows 流程优化/标准化相关的工作经验 If you're passionate about autonomous vehicles, we would love to hear from you! 如果你对自动驾驶有热情，请联系我们！
