• Build up High Voltage relay internal standard and application guideline • Lead HV relay/fuses selections in new project development • Support design robustness review and provide best practices of PDU/BDUs design • Work with SCM team and supplier to cost down • Support Electrical vehicle high voltage architecture design • Follow customer vehicle build events and support HV relay related quality issues • Make validation plan and follow up validation progress • Setup/Maintain/Update design database

• Deep knowledge in HV relay design and manufacturing process • Prehensive experience in HV relay filed issues solving • Understand electrical vehicle system architecture and requirements • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related • More than 10 years of experience in HV relay industry • Project experience with Japanese OEMs is a plus • Proficient in English (oral and written), and fluent Japanese communication is preferred • Well trained CAD capability or CATIA/UG/Pro E • Basic knowledge in IATF16949.
