Requirements 任职要求 Minimum Qualifications 基本要求 ・ Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, CE, EE or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability. 计算机科学（CS）、计算机工程（CE）、电子工程（EE）等相关专业本科及以上学历，或具备同等工作经验及卓越能力证明 ・ Minimum 3 years of working experience as a software developer. 至少 3 年软件开发者工作经验 ・ Expertise in Golang modern web development technologies and frameworks, preferably with FrontEnd experience such as React. 精通 Golang 现代 Web 开发技术及框架，优先考虑具备 React 等前端开发经验者 ・ Expertise in microservice architecture, have experience with docker. 精通微服务架构，具备 Docker 使用经验 ・ Have experience with MySQL or other database systems like PostgreSQL, MS SQL. 具备 MySQL 或 PostgreSQL、MS SQL 等其他数据库系统使用经验 ・ Excellent interpersonal communication skill. 出色的人际沟通能力 ・ Experienced with git flow, better familiar with GitHub. 熟悉 Git 工作流，更优者需了解 GitHub ・ Open to helpful feedback on technical designs and pull requests. 乐于接受针对技术设计及代码合并请求的建设性反馈 ・ Fluent in English. 英语流利 Preferred Qualifications 优先要求 ・ Experience with Python or AI Agent development. 具备 Python 或人工智能代理（AI Agent）开发经验 ・ Experience with modern frontend technologies and frameworks such as: TypeScript, React. 具备 TypeScript、React 等现代前端技术及框架使用经验 ・ Experience with distributed architectures. 具备分布式架构相关经验
