岗位职责
1. Lead the R&D team to improve the engineering design, component development, and verification of brake products, lead the development of key technologies, and be responsible for system safety and stability to ensure the progress of the product development;
2. Establish and improve the R&D process and organizational structure, establish and improve the project management and solution workflow, including requirement confirmation, R&D management, project management, project evaluation, project assessment, project budget control and management, etc;
3. Responsible for DV testing of brake system components, tracking of vehicle road tests, problem analysis, and rectification;
4. Responsible for the production and manufacturing of brake system components, as well as providing technical support for after-market issues;
5. Responsible for conducting research on brake system components and conducting benchmark analysis with competitors, introducing excellent designs from the industry, and introducing and applying new materials, processes, and technologies;
6. Coordinate the structural improvement and cost optimization of various brake system components, as well as the development and problem improvement of each stage before mass production of new products;
7. New technology research and standard development, personnel training: Based on business needs, timely update new technologies, standards, etc. in the profession, provide training for employees, and guide the development, research, and application of EMB technology in the organization;
8. Promote close cooperation between domestic and international teams to ensure smooth flow of project information and optimized allocation of resources.
任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. With over 15 years of experience in the production and development of automotive brake system components, as a system engineer in the design and functional development of at least 3 aluminum fixed calipers for mass production.
3. Experienced in complete vehicle or component development projects, including planning, selection, design, verification, and production, with experience in chassis component software and hardware development preferred;
4. Deep theoretical knowledge of braking systems, familiar with the principles and applications of technologies such as ABS, ESC, and EMB;
5. Proficient in the calibration process of braking system parameters, able to optimize system performance to meet different product requirements;
6. Having excellent professional technical abilities, strong analytical and judgment skills for technical problems that arise during brake development, strong learning ability, and good communication and coordination skills;
7. Proficient in spoken English are preferred.
