Sales Representative – Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions & Energy Storage System
Location: Bogotá/Medelline, Colombia (temporary home base+travel across the country)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to lead business development and sales of our EV charging products (7kW–360kW AC/DC chargers) and energy storage solutions in Colombia. You will target key sectors including public transit (electric buses), commercial parking, logistics fleets, ports, mining/engineering projects, and private/residential clients. This is a high-impact role with significant earning potential for someone with strong local networks in the EV, energy, or automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients (bus operators, fleet managers, parking developers, energy companies, ports/mining firms, dealerships)
Present and demonstrate our EV charging and storage products, highlighting technical advantages, cost savings
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed monthly and annual targets
Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals/quotes, and close deals
Coordinate with technical team for site assessments, installations, and after-sales support
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Bogotá, Medellín, and other cities
Provide market feedback and contribute to product localization/adaptation for Colombia
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular sales reports
Requirements
Proven sales experience (minimum 3+ years) in B2B environment, preferably in EV charging, renewable energy, solar, electrical equipment, automotive, or related industries
Strong local network/connections in energy, public transportation, logistics, mining, or public sector in Colombia (critical advantage)
Technical understanding of EV charging infrastructure, energy systems, or electrical products (ability to explain technical features to non-technical buyers)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish (native level) and English (business proficiency)
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with travel (up to 50% within Colombia)
Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
