岗位职责
Job Responsibilities: 1. Collect market information, achieve growth and hit sales targets and market expansion of AutoID products such as PDA/EDA, RFID, scanner and fixed reader in Europe; 2. Obtain referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline. Acquisition of new clients, management and development of key accounts; 3. Creat a short- and long-term sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence of the company with the intention of achieving the given objectives; 4. Responsible for the expansion of market such as channel developement, partenership building in Europe. The candidate shall maintain good customer relationship, and allocate various resources to achieve market development goals; 5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team; 6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status; 7. Handle various matters related to sales in the European region: business negotiation, signing contracts, assisting in contract execution, and after-sales services etc.; 8. Work closely with other team and oversee pre- to post-sales support activities such as coordinate with the technical departement while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction; 9. Plan, organize and participate in the company's promotional activities in Europe, such as exhibitions, tours etc.
任职要求
Education, professional experience and others 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Proven experience in the AutoID field and successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets 3. Ability to make plan and drive the sales process from plan to close 4. Strong business sense and industry expertise; excellent customer communication skills 5. Experience in Honeywell or Zebra are preferred
