【Key Accountabilities】 Procurement Strategy Execution and Support（40%） • Assist in executing procurement strategies aligned with company’s financial and operational goals. • Manage the procurement process lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established procedures. • Collaborate with Procurement team in price negotiations and biddings. Procurement Central of Excellence（30%） • Utilize Coupa and other procurement systems efficiently to manage data and documentation. • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and performance. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement goals and to streamline procurement operations. Supplier Relationship and Contract Management（30%） • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and ensure compliance with contract terms. • Manage contracts, ensuring meet company’s standards and supplier obligations. • Monitor supplier performance metrics and facilitate performance reviews to address any issues proactively.

Qualifications】 Required • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management. • Experience in one or more of the following categories: Marketing, Creative Merchandizing, Packaging, Facility Management, Human Resources, Professional Services, Logistics, IT etc. • Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and reporting. • Good negotiation and communication skills in both Mandarin and English. • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred • Experience in a similar role within a large, multinational organization. • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in procurement. Familiarity with e-sourcing and e-procurement platforms. Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement management systems is a plus.
