- Develop & implement a supply management strategy for China based on Rieter’s global Supply Management strategy supporting the strategies of FG Operations and FG Products. - Establish a competitive and capable supply base for Rieter DT in China (and adjacent countries). - Identify chances and risk in the supply market and take appropriate actions. - Identify possible improvements on cost, quality and lead time. - Proactive contribution to realize manufacturing cost targets per product. - Support the global commodity and key supplier management. - Track parts localization schedule on a regular base. - Timely information sharing & feedback between Project team and Sourcing team.

- Bachelor degree, engineering background, can read complex mechanical drawing - 5Y+ sourcing experience in a high volume flow manufacturing company - Big localization project leader experience (at least cover 3+ category) - Strategy, systemic and logical thinking -. Strong problem solving skill and have much working efficiency improvement experience. - Energetic, strong self-driving and self-learning skill - Strong communication skill (clear, logic, good listening and high efficiency) - Good English both in speaking and writing
