岗位职责
According to the company's development needs, through the individual participation, continue to support the improvement activities of the improvement team ❑ Lean production training from time to time every month ❑ Regular monthly production evaluation work ❑ Develop an annual staff demand plan based on customer demand, and perform monthly manpower demand analysis ❑ Develop annual training plans based on customer demand, implement implementation of training plans, develop annual cost budgets, and conduct monthly follow-up assessments and analysis ❑ Assist HR in completing BP work in this department and complete BP assessment work on a regular basis ❑ Develop an annual cost budget and conduct monthly tracking assessments and analysis ❑ Unscheduled team activities to promote communication between team members ❑ Organize, coordinate and directly lead change to ensure effective communication, effective implementation, and strive to lead employees to continuously reduce waste in production areas ❑ Based on the principles of increasing productivity, improving product quality and reducing costs, setting goals and planning activities to improve manufacturing systems ❑ Develop the necessary knowledge and understanding to teach NPS and lean thinking and become a mentor in the organization
任职要求
Skills and Abilities/Qualification: ❑ Good computer skills ❑ Good English reading and writing skills ❑ Good communication skills and problem solving skills ❑ Strong understanding of lean production system and strong training skills ❑ Teamwork and dedication Experience: ❑ Five years of work experience in lean manufacturing ❑ Has more than 5 years of management experience in the lean manufacturing industry and achieved good performance ❑ Management experience with cost accounting ❑ Have the management experience of using lean ideas to carry out work and train employees
