Responsibilities: -Execute Purchasing initiatives and strategies for Indirect materials and services. -IPU supplier sourcing, pricing benchmarking & negotiation and supplier selection -Keeping the Supplier Information Database accurate and updated in workflow. -Keeping the IPU material Prices accurate and updated in workflow. -Sustainable cost saving/reduction without compromising the quality and delivery. -Daily purchasing for indirect materials and service to meet stakeholders’ demand. -Support IPU manager on evaluation and qualification of suppliers for integrated commodities. -Support IPU manager on price negotiation for integrated items -IPU Process control, drafting, review, publishing, cascade to all plants etc. -Supply base control of IPU nationwide/consolidation, and supplier master data maintenance. -Contract negotiation and signing -Other tasks assigned by Manager of IPU and VPs. 职责： - 执行间接材料和服务的采购计划和策略。 -IPU供应商采购，定价基准和谈判以及供应商选择 - 在工作流程中保留供应商信息数据库准确和更新。 - 保持IPU材料价格准确并在工作流程中进行更新。 - 可持续的节省成本/降低，而不会损害质量和交付。 - 每天购买间接材料和服务，以满足利益相关者的需求。 - 支持IPU经理在评估和资格的集成商品资格。 - 支持集成项目的价格谈判的IPU经理 -IPU流程控制，起草，审查，出版，所有植物级别等。 - 全国IPU/合并的基础控制和供应商总数据维护。 - 合同谈判和签署 - IPU和VPS经理分配的其他任务。

Requirements: -Bachelor degree, 5years related work experience; oral English is workable -Knowledge about basic financial, Logistic, trade compliance and international procurement. -Knowledge about jig/fixture, material, design, machining…. etc. -Knowledge of cost breakdown analysis (IPU level) 要求： - 学士学位，5年相关的工作经验；口头英语是可行的 - 关于基本财务，逻辑，贸易合规性和国际采购的知识。 - 关于夹具/固定装置，材料，设计，加工的知识……。 ETC。 - 成本分解分析的知识（IPU级别）
