Position: Purchasing and Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities: Recruit a category buyer, and be responsible for promoting fulfillment and improving gross profit margin.
Responsible for building and managing the national supply chain, and ensuring customer satisfaction with goods.
Responsible for recruiting, maintaining, managing, and eliminating suppliers in the assigned country to expand the range of meeting customer needs.
Implement national category planning, continuously optimize costs, and enhance price competitiveness.
Execute stock-up plans according to customer needs, and be responsible for inventory turnover rate.
Job Requirements:
More than 5 years of working experience in the industrial products industry or related fields, with a thorough understanding of the industrial product market structure and familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish good relationships with suppliers.
Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
Good professional ethics and conduct, with passion, creativity, the ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to take on challenges.
Sensitivity to data, with the ability to conduct effective data analysis and make decisions.
