Build EPS & SBW& RWS Production Test Specification for factory and proto center, and support technical issue analysis and solving. 工厂和样件中心的EPS & SBW& RWS生产测试规范制定，并支持分析解决测试过程中的系统技术问题。 4. Calibration definition focuses on EPS & SBW& RWS system functions. EPS & SBW& RWS系统功能的参数定义。 5. Support EPS & SBW& RWS Software Development, focus on system functions. 支持EPS & SBW& RWS软件开发，专注于系统功能部分。

Position Requirement： 1. Vehicle engineering, Control engineering, electro-mechanical or other related majors, bachelor's degree or above. 车辆，控制，机电或其他相关专业的本科及以上学历。 2. 3 years of experience on electrical chassis. 3年以上底盘电控相关工作经验。 3. Familiar with vehicle steering logic and structure. 熟悉车辆转向功能逻辑和结构优先。 4. Good at analysis logic and trouble shooting. 具备较强的逻辑分析和解决问题的能力。 5. Familiar with Vector tools (CANoe, CANape) and Matlab etc. 熟练掌握Vector相关工具链(CANoe, CANape)和Matlab。 6. Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English. 英语听说读写应用熟练。 7. Good at communication and coordination. 具备较强的沟通和组织协调能力。
