Key Accountabilities:
Develop account strategies for target accounts
Identify account needs and key buying factors beyond price
Assess account opportunities, account trends and define aspirations
Identify key decision makers and influencers beyond purchasing and develop close relationships with those decision makers
Be the conduit to develop multi-functional relationships between Amcor and core territory accounts
Develop and maintain action plans for how accounts will achieve targets and identify specific actions to improve earnings
Maximize sales, sales growth and profitability of accounts in the territory
Establish strong, multi-level, win/win relationships with existing accounts.
Key Activities:
Developing new potential customers in Vietnam market
Managing and monitoring the performance of existing customers
Coordinate all aspects of company participation at key trade shows
Assist project development teams with marketing research
Development and implementation of product marketing plans, and contribute to fiscal planning and budgeting
Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitive strategy and identify opportunities for increasing customer and business value through product differentiation
任职要求
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree and above
Min. 3 years of experience in packaging related sales position
Fluency in English is must, capability in Chinese is a plus
Proven track record of increasing sales with existing customer
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Problem solver with initiative
Knowledge of the flexible packaging business is a plus
Working experience in multinational companies is preferred
Wide connection or contact in flexible packaging industry is a plus
