You will support regional recruitment and cover the HR daily issue as well. You will: In charge of recruitment tasks, including: experienced hire, campus recruitment, internship recruitment as well as internal recruitment. Be responsible for new staff relationship maintaining. Establish the talent pool, responsible for the resume management and information security Collect and analyze recruitment data Assist HRM for other HR tasks You have/are: Bachelor degree or above, HRM related major is a plus. Love education industry; Passionate about finding talents Good common sense about people, patient, good service sense Creative, highly self-motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude Well-organized, details oriented, quick-learner Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
