岗位职责
1. Office Setup and Management
o Responsible for researching office location, lease negotiations, contract signing, and subsequent management work.
o Lead the full process of office design, equipment procurement, material allocation, etc.
o Establish and maintain good relationships with property management, suppliers, and relevant government departments.
2. Team Building and Recruitment
o Fully responsible for the company's local recruitment process, building the core team.
o Develop and maintain local recruitment channels, establish a talent pool.
o Perfect interview and recruitment processes to ensure recruitment quality.
3. HR System Construction
o Establish a complete HR management system according to local laws and regulations.
o Develop a compensation and benefits system in line with local market levels.
o Establish employee onboarding, on-job, and offboarding full process management norms.
o Responsible for handling employee contracts, files, and various personnel procedures.
4. Daily Administrative Management
o Establish and optimize administrative management systems and work processes.
o Manage daily office operations, including equipment maintenance, material procurement, etc.
o Control administrative budget, reasonably control costs.
任职要求
1. Over 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management, complete office setup experience preferred.
2. Proficient in Indonesian labor laws and related policies.
3. Familiar with local BPJS processing procedures and requirements.
4. Rich experience in talent recruitment, with successful team-building history.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Indonesian as the working language, English preferred as a working language.
7. Capable of working independently and solving problems.
