Role Summary:
Intel's Foundry Automation group is seeking experienced software engineers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between physical manufacturing and digital intelligence. You will design and implement robust automation software, develop sophisticated 3D data processing pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop: Design and implement scalable software solutions for 3D model data processing and automated foundry workflows.
· Pipeline Maintenance: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot end-to-end data processing pipelines, ensuring high reliability and performance in a production environment.
· Data Processing: Sometimes some data should be processed more manually for urgent needs before automation

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
Technical Stack:
· Proficient in Python, C#, and C++ (ability to switch between high-level logic and low-level optimization).
· Expertise in Git/GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
· Automation: Skilled in scripting (Bash, PowerShell) to automate complex system tasks.
· Communication: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) for technical documentation and global collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications (A Plus):
· Industry Tools: Familiarity with Autodesk API (Data Management, Design Automation) and 3D geometric kernels.
· Domain Knowledge: Background in Industrial Automation, Digital Twin, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
· Solid experience with Deep Learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch.
· Hands-on experience with Intel IPEX-LLM or similar inference acceleration libraries.
· Advanced AI: Experience in LLM fine-tuning, Reinforcement Learning (RL), or advanced 3D computer vision (Point Cloud/Mesh processing).
· Model Optimization: Deep understanding of AI acceleration techniques (Quantization, Pruning, Tensor Parallelism).
