与客户技术团队（工程、数据、AI团队）建立并维护合作关系；理解客户大语言模型（LLM）应用场景、系统架构及技术需求；将客户需求转化为清晰的技术输入并传达至总部研发与产品团队；为LLM及云产品使用提供现场或远程技术支持；协助解决方案设计、概念验证（POC）支持及早期部署故障排查。任职要求：北美地区（优先美国）

•Chinese or native Based in North America (US preferred) •Background in IT / cloud / enterprise technology, 1–2 years of relevant experience. •Understanding of cloud computing and/or AI / LLM-related products, Gemini/Grok/Deepseek/Claude Experience are prefered •Experience in BD, pre-sales, solution architect or similar client-facing roles •Strong customer-facing and hands-on execution capability •Able to work across time zones with global teams •Part-time acceptable, but must be treated as a top business priority Digital China Group Co.,ltd
