工作职责: 1. Participate in technical requirement assessments during product planning, conduct feasibility analysis, and define the technical roadmap. 2. Coordinate interfaces and collaboration between the engine design team and external technical teams; resolve technical conflicts. 3. Identify accountability for various quality issues, drive issue resolution processes, confirm solution approaches, make final decisions, and spearhead the resolution of complex and cross-functional problems. 4. Possess full technical decision-making authority for assigned projects; bear responsibility for project technical risks and outcomes. 1. 项目技术目标分解：参与产品企划阶段的技术要求评估，进行方案可行性分析，制定技术目标达成路线； 2. 多部门协同：统筹发动机设计团队与外部技术团队的接口协作，解决技术冲突 3. 确责各类质量问题，推进各类问题解决，确认问题解决方案及最终方案决策，对疑难问题和综合类问题牵头解决； 4. 对自己所负责的项目具有技术决策权，并承担项目的技术风险和开发责任。

任职要求： 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive/Motorcycle Engineering, Mechanical/Automation Engineering, or related field. 2. Minimum 8 years of experience in engine development project leadership (DPL), including at least 2 full-cycle self-developed engine projects. 3. Thorough understanding of engine development processes,proficient in UG and CAD software. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills,innovative mindset,ability to thrive under pressure. 5. Proficient in spoken and written English for technical documentation. 1. 汽车/摩托车、机械及自动化相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 8年及以上发动机DPL工作经验，至少2个自主研发项目开发经验； 3. 熟悉发动机开发流程，熟练使用UG/CAD软件； 4. 具有很好的沟通能力和组织能力，具备创新能力，能承担一定工作压力。 5. 英语熟练，可进行技术口语或书面文档交流。
