Key Responsibilities * Drive and manage GRC projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal security policies. * Develop and implement governance frameworks for Enterprise Risk Management, AI governance and Data Security. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess and mitigate security risks in business processes. * Translate complex technical security requirements into clear, actionable business language for stakeholders. * Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and presentations on risk posture, compliance status, and project progress. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting cybersecurity GRC.

Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Cybersecurity domain. * Proven track record of working with multinational corporations in sectors such as retail, pharmaceutical, automotive, or financial services. * Strong understanding of retail industry business models and associated security risk governance. * Expertise in AI governance and enterprise data security management. * Ability to conduct Security-by-Design assessments and develop effective security controls. * Exceptional communication and reporting skills using fluent English. * Project management experience with a focus on cybersecurity and biz initiatives."
