Objective of Job
Delivery professional recruiting support to Stellantis business units.
Brief Task Description
1. Lead the recruiting jobs of Stellantis functions, especially for R&D related functions; be responsible for attracting and selecting top-tier candidates for a range of positions within the organization.
2. Full cycle recruitment process expert, searching, screen, interview and offer, and have ability to maintain a strong network of professional contacts to identify potential candidates.
3. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best possible candidates.
4. Be able to build robust relationships with HRBP, C&B and line managers to communicate business results and deliver accurate reports.
5. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding
process for new employees

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree and above, Human Resources or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, R&D functions’ hiring
experience would be a plus.
3. Proven track record in successfully filling a range of positions.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
6. Fluent in English with both written and spoken.
7. Strong team player with ability to build and maintain relationships.
