JD基本信息
岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
• Lead research programs focused on neuroinflammation, innate/adaptive immune
signaling, and inflammasome activation;
• Investigate key cytokine and immune-regulatory pathways to uncover therapeutic
opportunities;
• Establish and optimize in vitro (primary microglia, macrophages, T cells) and in
vivo models for immune activation, neuroinflammation, and cytokine modulation;
• Develop and implement robust immunological assays such as flow cytometry,
ELISA, cytokine multiplex profiling, immunofluorescence, qPCR, Western blotting,
and RNA sequencing;
• Collaborate with chemistry and pharmacology teams to assess candidate
molecules’ effects on cytokine release, immune cell polarization (M1/M2, Th1/Th2
balance), and neuroimmune crosstalk;
• Contribute to target validation, biomarker identification, and mechanistic
differentiation of therapeutic candidates;
• Continuously track the latest advances in immunology, neuroinflammation,
immune metabolism, and cytokine signaling, integrating insights into the
company’s R&D pipeline
任职要求
Qualifications
• Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology or related fields;
• Minimum 3–5 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in inflammation,
neuroimmunology, or cytokine-pathway research;
• Strong scientific foundation in immune-inflammatory signaling (e.g., IL-4/IL-13–
STAT6 axis, NLRP3 inflammasome, NF-κB, JAK-STAT pathways);
• Proven expertise in cell-based and animal models of inflammation or immune
regulation;
• Proficiency in immunoassays, molecular biology, and data interpretation;
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex biological concepts
clearly;
• Strong English writing and presentation skills.
• Candidates with prior experience in protein degrader development, autoimmune
pipeline discovery or neuroinflammation research will be given strong preference
