1. To conduct market research to identify potential new customers and to explore for business opportunities in the territory / industry. Collect and analysis market information from customer and competitors. Develop new business opportunities to achieve the sales target. Responsible for the entire sales process, including quotation, visit, measurement, contract signing, balance payment collection. And develop, implement, and manage sales & marketing strategies to support the business plan.
2. Organize Exhibition and seminar in accordance with the indications.
3. Provide leadership and direction to the sales organization to align objectives and motivate the team for successful execution of strategies and plans.
4. Work with key functions of customer to improve accuracy of forecast and also collect Account Receivables in a timely manner to achieve target.
5. Develop E-commerce business
6. Manage daily sales oriented work for local customers (open market, ecommerce and carrier)
7. Business development with local customers
8. Business strategy planning (product planning for different customers)
任职要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years of overseas sales management experience, mobile phone industry is preferred;
2. Familiar with the mobile phone industry trends and have a deep understanding of the products;
3. Can use English as working language and good communication skill;
4. Frequent business trips or overseas stay are acceptable.
