Development and implementation of sales strategies for access work platforms (AWP)to achieve the set sales targets.
Identification, acquisition, and support of key customers (rental companies, construction firms, industrial customers, etc.).
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction.
Negotiation of contracts, prices, and commercial terms with customers.
Collaboration with the After-Sales and Service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
Representation of the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events.
Regular travel activities within your sales territory for customer visits.

MUST HAVE:
Do you have at least 5 years of proven field sales experience, including key account acquisition and management?
Do you have solid market expertise in the AWP (aerial work platforms) sector or comparable lifting and access equipment? => 5 years of sales experience in Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) OEM(original equipment manufacturer)with annual sales performance of over 1 million euros.
Do you have a strong network among construction and industrial equipment companies in Germany, such as rental providers, construction firms, and industrial clients?
