-Overview: / 概述： Manage all activities related to purchasing and supporting the BU supply chain (Inverter/Motor etc). / 管理与采购和支持业务单元（BU）供应链（逆变器/电机等）相关的所有活动。 Ensure the interface between the BD/BU and Global Purchasing (Sourcing, Procurement, Value realization and Supply Chain Team). / 确保业务发展/业务单元（BD/BU）与全球采购（寻源、采购、价值实现和供应链团队）之间的接口衔接。 -Responsible to achieve / deliver (KPI): / 负责达成/交付（关键绩效指标）： Direct/indirect material cost saving to BU / 为业务单元（BU）实现直接/间接材料成本节约 New Sourcing Target Achievement / 新寻源目标达成 Project BOM & Supply Chain cost improvement for P&L contribution / 改进项目物料清单（BOM）和供应链成本，为利润做出贡献 - Roles and Responsibilities / 角色与职责： 1、Have a working background in Innovance (or similar company) project purchasing and be familiar with inverter products. 具备在 Innovance（或类似公司）的项目采购工作经验，并熟悉逆变器产品。 2、Have a certain technical background, be familiar with new inverter technology, and have business mindset. 具备一定的技术背景，熟悉新的逆变器技术，并具有商业头脑。 3、Be familiar with electronic components and suppliers, and be familiar with trading companies and original factory resources. 熟悉电子元器件和供应商，熟悉贸易公司和原厂资源。 4、Lead to win New project within BU by supporting from Category team. 在品类团队的支持下，主导赢得业务单元（BU）内的新项目。 5、Manage project milestone tracking from developing to SOP within BU across all plants. 管理业务单元（BU）内所有工厂从开发到量产（SOP）的项目里程碑跟踪。 6、Support strategy implementation with category team in order to provide supplies & services at optimized cost & service. 品类团队共同支持战略实施，以优化的成本和服务提供物资与服务。 7、Lead Material cost reduction activities (VEC) for achieving BD/BU Budget with indicating Category buyers. 领导材料降本活动（VEC），并指导品类采购员，以实现业务发展/业务单元（BD/BU）的预算目标。 8、Collect component parts cost with RCM to create BOM cost target, and discuss and arrange to achieve BOM cost target and forecast/actual. 与相关成本经理（RCM）收集零部件成本以制定物料清单（BOM）成本目标，并通过讨论和安排来实现BOM成本目标及预测/实际成本。 9、Coordinate raw materials & components on new project schedule, in case of escalation from Supply Chain/PC&L, lead problem solving with indicating Supply Chain and Category Buyers. 、 新项目进度协调原材料和零部件，若遇到来自供应链/物流与生产控制（PC&L）的升级问题，则指导供应链和品类采购员并领导问题解决。
