1、 化学或化学工程专业，研究生及以上学历。 2、具备新药公司工作经验，或有与小分子相关的大型药企外包服务商的工作经历。 3、具备化学工艺开发、放大和生产方面的经验。 4、具备很强的客户关系网，联系人信息包含客户的外包（中心）、采购（中心）、生产（对接）部、CMC部门等。 5、具有对各种小分子生产规模的成本费用组成有很好的理解。 6、具有良好的沟通技巧。 7、具有良有好的批判性思维和分析能力。 8、 具有很强的保密意识。 1、Post-graduate degree in chemistry or chemical engineering. 2Experience within innovative pharma, or a major pharma contractor working with small molecules. 3、Experience in chemical process development, scale-up and manufacturing. 4、A strong, recent, relevant, and active network of contacts within the pharma industry is essential. Especially in outsourcing, sourcing, external manufacturing, CMC departments. 5、Good understanding of small molecule manufacturing cost components across a range of manufacturing scales. 6、Good communication skills. 7、Good critical thinking/analytical skills. 8、Familiar with working under confidential agreements.
