Brief description of the position/ Range of responsibility: This position holder is based on test specification, making sure to accomplish the external testing tasks according to VCTC-EA strategy and project targets, e.g. systematic HiL testing, battery and e-drive system bench test, and benchmark testing etc. Key Tasks: Creation, analysis and optimization of external test cases; Powertrain external test planning, test execution and release of test reports; Disassembling analysis and report creation; Technical competitive analysis, profitability analysis and optimization of existing projects; Monitor and coordinate supplier development activities (group components) and compare them with competing products at system, sub-component and functional levels; Competitor benchmark and cost analysis on top cost sensitive components to ensure the competitiveness in China Market.

Qualification and skills: Bachelor Degree or above; Non- or Basic working experience on automotive industry, ideally experience with testing and project management, working experience in companies of VW group is preferred; Mechanical engineering / automotive engineering / mechatronic engineering / electrical engineering / chemical engineering / battery...etc; Knowledge of automotive technologies & cars in general; Deep knowledge of technical engineering procedures, knowledge of VW PEP is preferred; Familiar with V-type development mode; Very good team player with good communication ability, high motivation, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.
