Primary Mission: The PLTE Product line Center Console (CC) & China Architecture Team leader is responsible for
developing global product-process and architecture standards for Center Consoles and in the region of China for all FIS
product lines as IP, DP, CC and Airvent systems. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at driving
growth and innovation within the organization.
Main Tasks:
•Leadership of the team of PLTE Product line engineers in China for IP, DP, CC and air vents and benchmarking.
•Leading global network of product line engineers for the product line of Center Console within PLTE organization in
close alignment with the global Domain Manager for PLTE Product line of DP & CC.
•Drive the governance and regular update of Standard Generic Concepts for the product line of Center Consoles in PALM
including updates in Technology, Material, Production Module, Equipment and Architecture in alignment with PLTE
Technology and Industrial Engineering.
•Drive the regular update of generic BOM’s for Center Consoles for Base, Value and Premium in alignment with the BlueSky Costing team and with the PLTE Sustainability leader.
•Support Acquisition teams in China and the other regions to maximize the deployment of Standard generic concepts for
center consoles during the acquisition and development phase.
Responsibilities:
•Manage the budget for his/her team.
•Manage the workload of the team at system level and anticipate proper staffing to reach PLTE objectives.
•Recruit team member(s) and validate recruitment of team members.
•Evaluate technical competencies and Faurecia values of the employee(s), create, deploy and follow
development plan (exposure to specific missions, coaching, and trainings).
•Set the priorities, manage and monitor the work of the team.
•Identify potential specialists & experts and define action plans to follow up.
•Support the Team member(s) in creating the network of PLTE engineers, specialists & experts linked to the
system.
•Build effective teams (create common spirit, synergies etc.).
•Manage administrative tasks for the team member(s) in his/her own region (vacations, time management,
reporting etc.).

1)处理困难问题,疑难杂症;
专家团队一般不直接进项目,不直接对接OEM,在研发阶段、量产初期碰到困难问题,会需要专家团队支持。
2)标准制定
行业、产品、流程等标准的制定,中国区专家团队+欧洲专家团队+北美专家团队共同制定,global参与的也都是专家团队,不是普通工程师。
3)市场方向等制定
综合技术和发展方向等,共同制定市场方向。
标准制定和市场方向制定,除了和global专家团队合作之外,也会和innovation团队合作。
