ACTIVITIES： Safety Goal: • Is involved in safety improvement, will be in charge of incident analyses and will be aware of process hazard analyses for related projects. • Involved to implement and share tools from AIMS, essentials or other Arkema standards. • Ensure that timely response of technical review is completed for incident investigations and action items developed and implemented. * Job Responsibilities : • For project study phase ,take lead to draft E&I technical proposal based on project input documents and provide budget to PM • Response for reviewing plant project design deliverables with professional advice to avoid unreasonable design • Lead E&I construction JSA review with operation/safety/contractor before construction start • Coordinate construction work with much attention on safety/schedule/quality control . • Take lead to do instrument loop and DCS&SIS&PLC function testing with operation/process/maintenance team • E&I major As-built documents archive • Assist plant digital champion to implement digital project • Other duties as assigned.

Education& Knowledge Bachelor degree with min 8 yrs experience；major in instrument or industrial automation Skills & Experience More than 5 years’ digital and automation project experience in chemical or petrochemical company. More than 2 years’ DCS programming experience in one system of EMERSON/Yokogawa/SUPCON More than 3 years’ instrument selection and commissioning experience in projects execution or daily work Familiar to setup industrial network and trouble shooting on various system Experience in DCS OPC/ PIMS configuration and commissioning . Experience in MOC good practice and Projects management implementation. Abilities& Competencies Have a good command of PPT and drawing by VISIO or CAD Smooth english reading and speaking in daily work
