1. 工作职责：负责Skin healthy & beauty (大宝/C&C, JA and Lubriderm) 的新品前端NPD市场部工作。 1）Support NPD product positioning, TA, core claims, pricing strategy, financial P&L, FCST estimation 2) Lead innovation/renovation/commercial innovation/LCM projects on mkt tasks (e.g. AW label design, packaging printing trial & color matching, claim wishlist initiation) 3) Analyze market data, consumer insight, competitor study 4) System support e.g. PO, GCC, AW system etc. 1） 支持NPD产品定位、TA、核心索赔、定价策略、财务损益、FCST估算 2） 在mkt任务上领导创新/翻新/商业创新/LCM项目（例如AW标签设计、包装印刷试验和配色、索赔愿望清单启动） 3）分析市场数据、消费者洞察、竞争对手研究 4）系统支持，例如PO、GCC、AW系统等。

需要有3年以上工作经验，负责过前端NPD MKT，有日化/美妆品类经验，英语读写流利。
