工作职责 / Responsibilities: 负责Microsoft Endpoint Manager（SCCM和Intune）的部署、配置和维护 Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune) 管理Windows设备的生命周期，包括补丁管理、软件分发和资产管理 Manage Windows device lifecycle including patching, software distribution, and asset tracking 实施移动设备管理（MDM）和移动应用管理（MAM）策略 Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies 与安全团队协作，确保设备合规性和数据保护策略的执行 Collaborate with security teams to enforce device compliance and data protection policies 支持BYOD和企业设备的注册与策略下发 Support BYOD and corporate device enrollment and policy deployment 故障排查并优化终端管理系统性能 Troubleshoot and optimize endpoint management system performance

任职要求 / Requirements: 熟悉SCCM和Intune的架构与功能 Familiarity with SCCM and Intune architecture and features 熟练掌握Windows客户端管理、PowerShell脚本编写 Proficient in Windows client management and PowerShell scripting 熟悉Azure AD、条件访问、Windows Autopilot等相关技术 Understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, etc. 有大型企业终端管理经验者优先 Experience in enterprise-scale endpoint management is preferred 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力 Strong communication and teamwork skills 加分项 / Preferred Qualifications: 持有Microsoft相关认证（如MD-102、MS-500） Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-500) 有跨平台设备管理经验（iOS、Android、macOS） Experience managing cross-platform devices (iOS, Android, macOS)
