Task designation
Execute day to day recruitment:
- Position requirements discussion with BP;
- Screen all applications;
- Conduct telephone interview;
- Build up lists of target companies and candidates.
- Present the profile to the recruiters to further justify the candidates
Maintain recruitment status report:
- Input, update and maintain recruitment record & referral database;
- Ensure needed information of the candidate such as current company, given name,
contact number, job functions, technical skill set etc from the candidate CV are keyed
into the system.
- Handle recruitment website related admin work.
- Follow process and procedure to get results.

Qualification required
Education
College degree or above.
Experience
- 2-3 year working experience of HR or communication related functions. (Head hunter
researcher experienced are highly preferred)

- Excellent in English and computer skills, particularly in Excel
