You will be responsible for end-to-end voice processing—from capture and transmission to playback—and integrate cutting-edge voice algorithms to enhance interaction quality and driving safety. 主要职责： 负责车端语音链路整体架构设计与开发工作，涵盖语音采集、处理、传输及播放等环节，确保链路性能稳定、高效。负责语音相关模块的设计、编码、测试与性能优化，保障高质量交付。 对接并集成先进的语音识别（ASR）、语音合成（TTS）引擎，针对特定场景进行模型调优与效果提升。探索语音技术与大语言模型（LLM）等新方向的结合应用。 监控并分析线上语音服务性能指标（如识别率、延迟、资源占用），持续优化系统效率和用户体验。针对Android车机平台进行资源（CPU、内存）与功耗优化。 研究和探索语音技术领域的新方向，解决项目中的关键技术难题。 与产品经理、算法工程师、客户端/服务端工程师紧密协作，确保语音功能顺利落地。 Key Responsibilities: Design and develop the overall architecture of the in-vehicle voice processing pipeline, covering voice capture, processing, transmission, and playback, to ensure stable and high-performance operation. Responsible for the design, coding, testing, and performance optimization of voice-related modules, ensuring high-quality delivery. Integrate and interface with advanced speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) engines, optimizing models and improving performance for specific scenarios. Explore the integration of voice technology with emerging fields such as large language models (LLMs) Monitor and analyze online voice service performance metrics (e.g., recognition rate, latency, resource usage) to continuously enhance system efficiency and user experience. Optimize resource consumption (CPU, memory) and power usage for the Android automotive platform. Research and explore new directions in voice technology to address key technical challenges in projects. Work closely with product managers, algorithm engineers, and client/server engineers to ensure the smooth implementation of voice functionality.

任职资格： 计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的本科或以上学位。 至少3年Android应用开发经验，熟悉语音信号处理基础理论，包括音频采样、量化、编码等原理；掌握常见的音频编解码算法（如Opus、AAC、Pcm等）及其优缺点和适用场景，熟悉唤醒、ASR、TTS、NLU、DM等算法引擎技术。 具有语音相关领域开发经验，完整参与过至少一个语音相关产品的研发周期。 熟悉Android SDK和NDK。 了解网络传输协议（如UDP、TCP、RTP等），熟悉语音数据在网络中的传输机制。 强烈的团队合作精神和解决问题的能力。 良好的英语沟通能力。 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of Android application development experience, with a solid understanding of fundamental voice signal processing theories, including principles such as audio sampling, quantization, and encoding. Proficient in common audio codec algorithms (e.g., Opus, AAC, PCM) and their respective strengths, weaknesses, and applicable scenarios. Familiar with algorithm engine technologies such as wake-up, ASR, TTS, NLU, and DM. Hands-on development experience in the voice-related domain, having fully participated in at least one complete product development cycle for a voice-related product. Proficient with Android SDK and NDK. Understanding of network transmission protocols (e.g., UDP, TCP, RTP) and familiar with the transmission mechanisms of voice data over networks. Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English.
