岗位职责
Market Launch & New Business
Define and execute the go-to-market and sales plan for TalkInn in Vietnam, in partnership with regional leadership.
Identify and prospect target hotels across channel calls, email, in-person visits, industry events, and your own network.
Run discovery meetings, deliver compelling product demos, and tailor proposals to each hotel's pain points.
Negotiate and close deals, owning the end-to-end sales cycle.
Act as a frontline voice of the market: feed pricing, packaging, and product signals back to the team during this testing-and-launch phase.
Account Management & Growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for our early hotel clients.
Drive onboarding and adoption so clients realize value fast and become reference accounts.
Build trust-based relationships and proactively surface upsell and expansion opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account-health records and performance reports regularly.
任职要求
任职要求:
3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management — ideally selling hospitality technology, SaaS, or services into hotels.
A strong, active hotel network in Vietnam or a demonstrated, evidenced ability to build one quickly and open doors at GM / Revenue / Owner level.
Native Vietnamese, advanced English
An entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and an unfinished product.
Solid consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong plus:
Experience on the OTA side mixed with hotel-side exposure
Working familiarity with the hotel tech stack our platform sits alongside: CMS, PMS, RMS
Understanding of hotel distribution and the broader hospitality-tech ecosystem.
