1. 基于内部数据库及案头调研，支持部门日常的数据分析和洞察挖掘； Support daily data analyses and strategic insight generation based on internal database and desk research; 2. 利用公司内部数据库并结合案头研究，支持主要疾病领域的竞争情报分析工作； Support competitive intelligence analyses in main oncology disease area based on internal database and desk research; 3. 支持本部门的调研项目需求； Support research project needs in relating to functional work; 4. 在上级指导下进行新产品的商业预测以及相关支持性分析（EXCEL & PPT为主）Develop sales forecast and supportive analyses for assumption building under guidance (by Excel & PPT); 5. 基于具体的项目需求与公司内部跨部门团队进行必要的沟通与合作： Support /conduct cross-functional communication and collaboration on project basis.

1. 大学本科或以上教育（有医学或者生物学相关背景优先）， Colleague-level education background, degree in medical /biology is a plus， 2. 最低3年以上医药行业相关工作经验（有肿瘤销售/肿瘤市场部工作经验优先） minimum 3-Y working experience in pharmaceutical industry or closely related（oncology product sales or marketing experience is a plus） 3. 良好的数学基本运算及逻辑推理能力 （有数据建模经验优先） Good sense of mathematics and capability of logic reasoning（data modelling experience is a plus）
