- Execute under the leadership of the Senior BD Director to build and maintain BD information tidy and updated at GCR level, with Contract Terms, Contract Status, BD rolling assumptions, etc. Maintain and manage BD systems. - Work closely with Retail team to collect and continuously update monthly competitor report, quarterly report and generate business insights across the industry in the region to support management decisions. Maintain and manage Competitor systems. - To fully capture and update BD plans in Store Database on monthly basis or per financial forecast cycle deadlines; Act as the owner at market level for store code creation and maintenance including DOS, OUTLET and wholesale channel. Maintain and manage ZSDB systems. - Send formal store opening & closing announcement to office level and store level. - Work closely with Store Planning team and Finance team to manage and update the CAPEX & OPEX plan, renaissance plan during each financial cycle. - Assist BD Senior Director on the logistics arrangements for HK, Macau & Taiwan - prepare deal package, rental study, contracts, letters, etc. - Prepare landlord presentation decks, prepare trip package, update landlord photo album, update landlord contacts list etc. when needed. - Arrange landlord gifting on holiday occasions and other administrative jobs within BD department.
