Briefly: MVK Development Hybrid Module 混动发动机研发设计 Department Mission: Development, localization and release responsibilities (HW & SW) for local produced powertrain product (e.g. EA888, EA211, Hybrid Gearbox and ZP7 thermal components) 负责本地产动力总成产品硬软件的研发，本地化和释放(比如EA888，EA211，混动变速箱和整车热管理 Central technical project lead and change management for local powertrain projects 本地动力总成项目的技术领导和变更管理 Your Responsibilities: You are responsible to define EA211 (including hybrid) engine concept from hardware construction’s perspective; 负责EA211(包括混动)发动机硬件结构设计； You are responsible to plan and track EA211 engine hardware development status together with part designers (BTV) to ensure the BMG and K-release timing; 负责与零部件设计师（BTV）一起计划并追踪EA211发动机硬件研发状态，确保BMG和K许可时间； You are responsible to create BMG and K-release recommendation for EA211 engines; 负责给出EA211的BMG和K许可放行推荐； You are responsible to coordinate the EA211 hardware change processes for new projects and serial productions; 负责协调EA211发动机新项目及量产变更流程； You are responsible to steer and complete EA211 BOM content. 负责协调和完成EA211的BOM

Required Qualification Education: Bachelor degree or above Work Experience: min. 7 years-experience in powertrain development or project management out of VW group (min. 2 years-experience in VW module development project management as alternative); High sense to manage complexity and problem solving ability Fluent English language skills is needed, good German skills is a plus
