JD基本信息
岗位职责
- Assist in the design and execution of ADME/DMPK optimization strategies for small molecule drug candidates, focusing on improving properties such as absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and reducing toxicity.
- Participate in medicinal chemistry research, particularly in structure-activity relationship (SAR) and structure-property relationship (SPR) studies, to optimize the chemical structure of small molecules for enhanced DMPK performance and blood-brain barrier penetration.
- Conduct in vitro and in vivo ADME/DMPK experiments (e.g., microsomal stability, hepatocyte metabolism, Caco-2 permeability, in vivo pharmacokinetic studies) under the guidance of senior researchers, and accurately record and analyze experimental data.
- Support the research of targeted protein degradation (TPD) small molecules (if with relevant experience), including ADME/DMPK property evaluation and optimization of PROTACs or other TPD modalities.
- Perform literature reviews on the latest advances in ADME/DMPK, medicinal chemistry, blood-brain barrier penetration, and TPD technologies, and provide insights for project optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Medicinal Chemistry, Toxicology, Clinical Research, Pharmacology) to integrate ADME/DMPK data into drug discovery projects, supporting candidate selection and preclinical development.
- Prepare experimental reports, data summaries, and technical documents in English, and participate in internal project meetings to communicate research progress and findings.
- Comply with global R&D regulations, quality standards, and laboratory safety guidelines, ensuring data integrity and experimental reproducibility.
任职要求
- PhD degree in Medicinal Chemistry, ADME/DMPK, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related fields. Fresh graduates or postdoctoral fellows with less than 1 year of work experience are welcome.
- Solid academic background and research experience in small molecule ADME/DMPK optimization, medicinal chemistry, or blood-brain barrier penetration structure optimization.
- Hands-on experience with common ADME/DMPK experimental techniques (e.g., microsomal stability assay, hepatocyte metabolism assay, permeability assay, qPCR, LC-MS/MS analysis) is preferred.
- Experience in targeted protein degradation (TPD) research (e.g., PROTACs design, ADME/DMPK evaluation of TPD molecules) is a strong plus.
- Basic knowledge of blood-brain barrier penetration mechanisms and structure optimization strategies for central nervous system (CNS) drugs is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret experimental data and propose preliminary optimization suggestions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills, capable of preparing English technical documents and participating in international team communications.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about small molecule drug discovery; willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced R&D environment.
