职位说明Position Specification: Product mechanical structure / label / packaging design and drawing release. Other department mechanical area support. Junior engineer coach and training, Temporary work arranged by leader. 基本职责Basic Accountabilities: - Product mechanical development, testing and validation - Support tooling, fixtures, process development and related validation - Technical support to production, sourcing, quality and supply chain - Support patent research and application - Mechanical Analyses and concept development - Technical interface and design reviews within global R&D teams - Support the creation of mechanical test plans and qualification of products - Product drawing management and approval applications - Creation of policy compliant and quality assuring documentations - Support execution of product development within development team with high responsibility - Monitor trends and developments in the relevant technology fields - Develop innovative technology and product ideas, support patent research and application - Support further development of product portfolio and industrialization of new technologies - Assure product design on schedule and cost targets - Cooperate and support functional teams (i.e. Global R&D, Sourcing, Manufacturing etc.) on technical perspectives

1. 大学本科（含）以上学历，机械，自动化或材料相关专业 2. 8年以上结构工程师经验 3. 对injection mold 和 over-mold的产品和工艺非常了解，有丰富的设计经验 4. 熟练使用SolidWorks, UG等设计软件 5. 了解产品开发流程和开发技术，熟悉产品的结构测试技术 6. 优秀英语听说读写能力 7. 欧美外企研发经验 看电子手册
