Key Responsibilities: ·Define the product vision and strategy based on user needs and market trends, in close collaboration with our Carrier Intelligence Digital team {Data & Integration Products & Governance teams} ·Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and prioritize features. ·Oversee the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch. ·Analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions and drive innovation. ·Help maximize the use of our data products in the region by leveraging global standards and platforms ·Act as the Subject Matter Expert of our commercial {sales, marketing, manufacturing, etc} data products ·Promote teamwork and the importance of data integrity to key stakeholders both internally and externally. ·Drive automation strategies to support finance requirements in customer data processes. ·Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of data, and present it in a manner that is comprehensible to non-technical personnel.

Qualifications: ·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field ·Proven experience in data management, analytics, and product development ·Strong understanding of big data technologies and platforms ·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ·Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ·Strong communication and presentation skills ·Experience with DataIku, PowerBI, amazn quicksight, Iceberg, NExla, snowflake, Athena, AWS Glue, Ataccama, ETL, data modeling, and analytics ·Knowledge of business processes and technologies for gathering, analyzing, and providing access to data ·Ability to speak/read/write Mandarin. Other regional languages will be a plus Preferred Skills: ·Experience with AI and machine learning applications. ·Familiarity with HVAC industry data and processes. ·Certification in data management or related fields.
