（一）产品制造数据系统及流程维护｜Manufacturing Data Systems & Process Governance 1.维护现有产品PLM数据，包括图纸，产品基础信息，制造BOM等，确保完整性与正确性。 Maintain PLM data, including drawings, master data and manufacturing BOM, ensuring completeness and accuracy. 2.基于RTPE集团ECN流程，监控并执行MSC工厂内ECN闭环。 Execute and monitor ECN within MSC aligned with RTPE governance, ensuring closed-loop implementation. 3.维护现有MES数据并扩展MES功能应用，提升数据质量与现场可用性。 Maintain MES data and expand MES capabilities to improve data quality and shopfloor usability. 4.理解工业控制与制造数据采集逻辑，推动设备层数据与MES，质量系统的集成与应用。 Understand industrial controls and data acquisition, integrate shopfloor data with MES and quality systems. （二）智能制造工厂规划｜Intelligent Factory planning 1.分析MSC工厂智能水平，制定MSC智能制造工厂规划及实施蓝图，牵头工厂全流程数字化，自动化升级及智能工厂建设。 Assess digital maturity, define smart manufacturing and digital factory blueprint, lead end-to-end digitalization and automation upgrades. 2.统筹ERP、MES、WMS等信息系统规划与落地，打通工程、生产、供应链、质量、设备全流程数据链路。 Plan and deliver ERP, MES and WMS implementations, enabling end-to-end data connectivity across engineering, production, supply chain, quality and equipment. 3.跟踪行业前沿智能制造技术，推动少人化，精益化与数字化融合改善，提升产能并优化成本。 Track leading smart manufacturing technologies and drive low-labor, lean and digital improvements to increase capacity and reduce cost. 4.主导或参与智能装备导入与产线改造, 提升OEE，人均效率与柔性制造能力，支持多品种小批量（HMLV）模式。 Lead or support smart equipment deployment and line transformation to improve OEE, labor efficiency and flexible manufacturing for HMLV environments. 5.负责智能制造项目的跨部门协调，对接外部合作伙伴与技术资源，保障重大项目按期交付. Coordinate cross-functionally and with external partners to ensure on-time delivery of key programs. （三）产品制造转移及新产品工业化｜Product transfer and new product industrialization 1.新产品工业化项目的技术协调，就制造设计方面向设计与开发团队提供建议，然后支持其导入和量产爬坡阶段。 Coordinate NPI industrialization, provide DFM inputs to R&D, support introduction and ramp-up. 2.创建和维护制造数据，如物料清单（M-BoM）和标准作业指导书。 Create and maintain manufacturing data such as M-BOM and SOP/WIS. 3.支持各种项目开发新的工具、夹具、工作站或自动化设备，包括新产品导入、制造工艺转移、产能扩张或持续改进。 Develop tools, jigs, workstations or automation for NPI, process transfer, capacity expansion and continuous improvement. （四）制造工艺分析与维护｜Manufacture process analysis and maintain 1.制定并优化工艺标准、WIS、控制计划、PFMEA，提升良率、效率、产能与成本竞争力。 Develop and optimize process standards, WIS, control plans and PFMEA to improve yield, efficiency, capacity and cost. 2.负责量产产品的工艺制造过程监控、优化及改善，领导制程异常分析与改善，组织8D/DOE改进。 Monitor mass production processes, lead anomaly analysis and 8D/DOE improvements. 3.监控和处理产线的各种异常，确保制造过程的稳定和可靠。 Manage line issues to ensure stable and reliable manufacturing.
