Brief description of the position/ Range of responsibility: Together with our suppliers, we develop innovative brake systems for Volkswagen China. In cross functional project teams we work on mechanical, electronical and software-based solutions. Our work begins with the definition of requirements and continues through testing of the components andnon vehicle level to finally release our products on schedule. This position is responsible for the development and application of brake system functions, such as recuperation, standstill management and others. Key Tasks: Create and follow technical requirements regarding function design Plan and implement the vehicle testing and application according to the project milestones and budget Create and refine the test catalog and database for the functional development Conduct the brake function application Validate and release the brake system functions Qualification and Skills: Master’s degree or above (graduation from 985/211 university preferred), majored in automobile, mechatronics or other related fields Strong sense of self-drive and responsibility good communication skills and team spirit Professional experience in brake systems and / or vehicle testing Experience in SW development and SW development tools
