1. Manage the entire lifecycle of Thermo Fisher’s service spare parts orders, including order receipt, entry, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Ensure order information is accurate and meets customer delivery requirements.
2. Use the SAP system to place orders, conduct spare parts inventory checks, assign order priorities, and handle initial processing of abnormal orders (e.g., stock shortages, price discrepancies, address changes). Monitor and ensure overall master data setup in SAP PR1.
3. Act as a core communication hub for spare parts order-related matters. Maintain efficient communication with internal cross-functional departments (technical service, logistics, Finance, TC) and external customers to update order progress, answer inquiries, and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Regularly organize order data (e.g., delivery rate, processing efficiency, abnormal rate) and generate concise analysis reports to provide data support for optimizing order processes and reducing operational risks.
