主要职责 • 售后自动化技术支持：及时为用户提供操作指导、故障排查及技术问题解决方案。 • 为客户开展产品培训，确保用户熟练掌握设备及系统使用。 • 收集用户反馈，维护并巩固良好的客户关系。 • 售前支持：包括客户拜访、流程模拟、软件演示、应用技术支持等工作。 Key Responsibilities: • After-sales automation technical support, include help users in operating, troubleshooting and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. • Conduct product training sessions for customers. • Collect user feedback and build solid relationship with customer. • Pre-sales support, such as customer visit, process simulation, software demo, application support, etc.

任职要求 • 熟悉工作流相关知识，如药物发现、分子生物学或细胞培养等领域。 • 熟悉自动化仪器，有移液工作站或大型自动化系统经验者优先。 • 具备自驱力、积极的工作态度，以客户为中心，能承受工作压力。 • 本科及以上学历，生物技术或相关专业背景。 • 具备良好的英语读写能力。 Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: • Familiar with workflow, such as drug discovery or molecular biology or cell culture. • Familiar with automation instrument. Experienced with liquid handler, or big automation system is preferred. • Self-motivated, positive attitude, customer focused, and willing to work under pressure • Bachelor degree or above is required with majoring in Biotechnology or related background • Good English reading and writing skills.
