Job Responsibility 岗位职责: We are hiring an a highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven individual for a Buyer. This role will be responsible for procuring materials, products, and services needed for our production according to BEC LS Suzhou purchase control procedure or relevant policies. 招聘一位有计划性、关注细节和结果驱动的员工。该职位将负责根据BEC LS苏州采购控制程序采购我们生产运营所需的材料、产品和服务。 Role & Responsibilities • Responsible for developing and implementing material purchase plan based on PSI forecast. 负责根据PSI预测制定和实施材料采购计划. • Change and optimize purchase plan proactively in react to forecast changes, status of material availability/risk, customer requirements (expediting/reschedule) 适时更改和优化采购计划，以应对预测变化、物料可用性/风险状态、客户要求（提前或推后交期） • Maintaining and optimize continuously the appropriate planning parameters in materials replenishment systems (Kanban) to sustain and improve raw material pull effective and efficiently. 维护和持续优化看板补货系统中的计划参数，以有效和高效地维持和改进原材料拉动流向. • Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with procedures and manage supplier delivery commitment ensuring on time delivery to support production materials requirement. 根据程序准备和发布采购订单，并管理供应商交付承诺，确保按时交付，以支持生产材料需求 • Coordinate with cross-functional team to fix materials stock-out problems to resume production and develop long-term counter measures. 与跨职能团队协调，解决材料缺货问题，以恢复生产并制定长期应对措施. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases transactions and communications with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues on daily basis, including invoice discrepancies or delivery delays. 保持准确和最新的采购交易记录以及与供应商的沟通，以解决日常的任何差异或问题，包括发票差异或交货延迟. • Improve inventory turns by utilizing pull systems (Kanban) and IMAG (Inventory Management at Gemba). problem-solving for abnormal items over designed inventory level. 通过使用拉动系统（看板）和IMAG（现场库存管理）来提高库存周转率。解决超出设计库存水位的异常物料 • Responsible for continuous improvement for the assigned job responsibilities. 负责对分配的工作职责范围进行持续改进.

A solid understanding of Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. 扎实理解供应链管理原理和实践知识. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 出色的分析和解决问题的能力. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 注重细节和较强的组织能力. 量产部门，主要是拉库存和批量采购，偏向女生，数据敏感，2年以上经验即可，统招本科学历，有大外企背景优先，有医疗器械行业经验优先，英语读写即可
