岗位职责
Lead the full cycle end to end recruitment process as prescribed in the TA operating model, with hiring managers, HR partners and relevant stakeholders.
Example of roles: Data, AI, Oracle, Salesforce, Software Application, Cyber Security, etc.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, job boards, referrals, and proactive talent mapping to build strong candidate pipelines.
Manage end-to-end stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment on recruitment timelines, candidate profiles, and selection decisions.
Enhance candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, efficient interview arrangements, and a professional process from application to onboarding.
Utilize recruitment data and dashboards to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and refine strategies to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
Provide response to questions or concerns raised by HR Partners/other HR team members in subject area; may suggest improvements or changes to established processes
Roles will primarily interact with internal clients and customers, although there may be third-party or vendor interaction.
Interactions will usually involve an exchange of information to identify, research or resolve an issue.
任职要求
5 -7 years of full-time, relevant work experience with bachelor's degree or above
Independently resolves issues by proposing a solution based on current policies, processes, and on own knowledge gained from prior experience.
Consult with a manager, a more experienced team member, or other subject matter experts when more complex problems or issues arise.
